The Getzville, New York-based company said it had a loss of 3 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 61 cents per share.
The maker of materials handling products and systems posted revenue of $217.4 million in the period.
Columbus McKinnon shares have increased 18 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has decreased 14 percent in the last 12 months.
