IT Community Offers Russian Soldiers 5M Rubles in Crypto To Surrender

Russians’ Choice – Money or Motherland?
While crazy negotiations for ending wars and implementing ceasefires aren’t unheard of, the deal presented here still stands out.
While most negotiations are effective throughout the country, this offer applies to individuals and entire army units. The post from the TV personality stated:

Thus the involvement of the Ministry of Defence makes it as legitimate as the Belarus peace negotiations.
The deal stated that to surrender, the Russian military personnel or unit needed to stop all acts of war crimes. These acts also included crimes against humanity and every other illegal activity dictated by the ICJ (International Court of Justice).
Secondly, before surrendering, the military personnel must either surrender or destroy the military equipment and ensure using a white flag as a sign of surrender.
These people would be provided legal protection from the state of Ukraine and be provided a worthy future in the country.

Binance’s charity arm Binance Charity also established a Ukraine emergency Relief Fund.
Using crypto crowdfunding, they will support ground zero situations through charities and collaborations.
On the other hand, the country is also taking offensive measures against Russia. The Ukrainian government announced bounties for information about Russian and Belarusian politicians’ crypto wallets.
They did so to block Russia’s potential use of crypto to escape the myriad of sanctions placed on the country potentially.
