BOLIVAR PENINSULA, TX--(Marketwired - April 28, 2016) -  NewCoast Properties, a premier full-service real estate firm, announces the Grand Opening of the Seagrass Beach community. In response to overwhelming interest, Seagrass Beach has ramped up construction and partnered with Charles Michael Custom Homes and ARCON Architects to deliver unique design and unprecedented construction methods throughout the Seagrass Beach community. The stunning beachfront community aims to keep building standards in the forefront by building the homes to meet the standards of the FORTIFIED Home program, as designated by the Insurance Institute for Business and Home Safety, which implements superior engineering and building standards in an effort to make the homes more resistant to damage during natural disasters. NewCoast Properties has woven sustainable elements into the fabric of the community by constructing a new dune system spanning the length of the development and installing nearly 20,000 native plants. In addition, a storm water collection system was installed to harvest rainwater that is later used to irrigate the abundant landscaping throughout the community.
