GOLETA, Calif., March 04, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Community West Bancshares (Community West or the Company), (CWBC), parent company of Community West Bank (Bank), today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized an additional $1.5 million for the Company’s stock repurchase plan and extended the stock repurchase plan until August 31, 2020. The balance available for common stock repurchase from the authorized $4.5 million is $1,661,716. Stock repurchases may be made from time to time on the open market or through privately negotiated transactions.
