The holidays are quickly approaching, and if you’re anything like us, that means your thoughts are already consumed with finding the perfect Christmas present for those impossible-to-shop-for family members (cough, husband), finding the right recipe for Christmas, and looking for new Christmas decorations.
But as it turns out, we’re not the only ones eager for the holidays. There are a ton of networks and streaming sites that are premiering brand-new Christmas TV movies this year. Hallmark, of course, has a ton to choose from, but Lifetime has plenty of films that sound just as magical. Even Netflix has gotten in on the action, with plans to release several family-friendly options in 2019.
We haven’t even told you the best part yet. Most of these channels have actually started airing their Christmas movies, because they just get us. The only negative to all this holly jolly news is figuring out how to keep track of everything we want to watch. As our present to you, we’ve compiled an entire guide to the best TV Christmas movies. Now all you need is the hot chocolate and a cozy knit blanket, and you’ll be prepared to not leave the couch until 2020.
Hallmark

Hallmark really outdid themselves with their 10th annual Countdown to Christmas schedule. The network is releasing 40 new movies across their two channels, and signed on Dolly Parton, Kristin Chenoweth, Candace Cameron Bure, and more to help create the films.
