Fremont, California - October 28, 2014-Concentrix Corporation won the 2014 Golden Sound award for Best Outsourcing Customer Contact Center in the category of Technical Support. The honor was jointly given by three industry-leading organizations - 51Callcenter, National Software and Integrated Circuit Public Service Platform, and the Ministry of Industry and Information - in a ceremony held September 25 in Guiyang, China.
The three organizations have leading experts and consultants in the operation and management of customer service centers. Representatives praised Concentrix for outstanding achievement and for becoming an excellent Call Center Enterprise Showcase in China. The Golden Sound awards are the equivalent of China`s industry Oscars, given to companies who dominate the call-center field. The review process, which took nine months, involved trips to dozens of cities, reviews of thousands documents, and over 100 companies briefed and evaluated.
Hundreds of executives from the Asia-Pacific region attended the China 51Callcenter event. Alan Cao, Concentrix Director of Delivery, China and Japan, spoke in front of over 300 guests. His speech focused on how Concentrix can help Chinese multinationals do business outside China.
"What has been needed for this policy to succeed is a strong, internationally based partner who has the tools and the expertise to help Chinese companies make the transition as smoothly and safely as possible," Cao said. "Concentrix is uniquely poised to provide this expertise."
As part of the China Go Out Policy, established in 1999, China has been committed to helping its companies develop a strong foothold overseas, both to balance its currency against foreign reserves and to better equip its companies to compete in a global economy. Despite the advantages of international investments, doing business in foreign countries entails some risk.
The Concentrix message of partnering with clients to deliver end-to-end customer engagement services, technology innovations, analytics, process optimization, and business improvements is a hot topic for China. At the China 51Callcenter event, this message was also a key differentiator for Concentrix, as most other vendors were local companies with little presence overseas. Concentrix believes its award-winning services can continue to help more Chinese companies invest overseas.
