Should You Consider Condor Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NYSEMKT:CDOR)?

Building up an investment case requires looking at a stock holistically. Today I’ve chosen to put the spotlight on Condor Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NYSEMKT:CDOR) due to its excellent fundamentals in more than one area. CDOR is a highly-regarded dividend-paying company that has been a rockstar for income investors, currently trading at an attractive share price. In the following section, I expand a bit more on these key aspects. If you’re interested in understanding beyond my high-level commentary, read the full report on Condor Hospitality Trust here.

Undervalued average dividend payer

CDOR is currently trading below its true value, which means the market is undervaluing the company’s expected cash flow going forward. Investors have the opportunity to buy into the stock to reap capital gains, if CDOR’s projected earnings trajectory does follow analyst consensus growth, which determines my intrinsic value of the company. Compared to the rest of the reits industry, CDOR is also trading below its peers, relative to earnings generated. This supports the theory that CDOR is potentially underpriced.

CDOR’s high dividend payments make it one of the best dividend stocks on the market, and it has also been able to maintain it at a level in which net income is able to cover dividend payments.
