Consumers Rank UPS Among Top 5 Most Loved Brands In America

ATLANTA, April 09, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- UPS (UPS) earned the number four spot in Morning Consult’s Most Loved Brands, a ranking of the brands that define American culture and commerce. The company has achieved a top-five rank every year since Morning Consult began publishing the list in 2017.

In addition to fourth overall, UPS tied for the second most trusted brand in America, and ranked among the top 10 brands for nine of the 10 measured demographic categories: Millennials (10), Gen X (4), Boomers (1), Consumer Elites (8), Rural Consumers (1), Suburban Consumers (5), Urban Consumers (6), Men (4) and Women (5).

The ranking was determined from the results of more than 400,000 survey interviews measuring consumer sentiment across favorability, trust, community impact, and Net Promoter Score. The full rankings are available here.

Morning Consult’s Top 25 Most Loved Brands is the most recent among an array of prestigious awards and recognitions UPS has recently received. Last month, the company was selected for the Top Corporation Hall of Fame for Women’s Business Enterprises by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. In February, UPS Freight received the no. 1 ranking in the 2018 Mastio & Company Performance Benchmarking Award, and UPS was recognized in Barron’s annual list of America’s Top 100 Most Sustainable Companies in February.
