PANAMA CITY (AP) _ Copa Holdings SA (CPA) on Wednesday reported third-quarter profit of $104 million.
On a per-share basis, the Panama City-based company said it had net income of $2.45.
The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of six analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of $2.31 per share.
The holding company for Panama's national airline posted revenue of $708.2 million in the period, also surpassing Street forecasts. Three analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $701 million.
