Correction: CECO Environmental dividend story

CINCINNATI (AP) -- In an Aug. 14 story about CECO Environmental Corp. raising its quarterly dividend, The Associated Press erroneously reported the dividend size. The story should have said the dividend would rise one cent, from 3.5 cents to 4.5 cents per share. A corrected version of the story is below:

Air pollution control and industrial ventilation systems maker CECO Environmental Corp. raised its quarterly dividend on Tuesday.

The Cincinnati company said the dividend will go up one cent to 4.5 cents per share.

That's a 29 percent increase over last quarter. The higher dividend will be paid Sept. 28 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 14.

The company's board also approved a plan for shareholders to reinvest part of their dividends to buy more common stock at the market price, CECO said in a statement.
