IRVINE, Calif. (AP) _ CorVel Corp. (CRVL) on Thursday reported fiscal fourth-quarter earnings of $11.8 million.

On a per-share basis, the Irvine, California-based company said it had net income of 63 cents.

The health care management company posted revenue of $151.1 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $46.7 million, or $2.46 per share. Revenue was reported as $595.7 million.

CorVel shares have climbed 15% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 33% in the last 12 months.
