BURLINGAME, Calif. (AP) _ Corvus Pharmaceuticals Inc. (CRVS) on Thursday reported a loss of $11 million in its fourth quarter.
The Burlingame, California-based company said it had a loss of 38 cents per share.
The results did not meet Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 33 cents per share.
For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $46.7 million, or $1.59 per share.
In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, the company's shares hit $3.60. A year ago, they were trading at $4.56.
