Corvus Gold Inc. Announces C$20 Million Bought Deal Financing

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 02, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Corvus Gold Inc. (“Corvus” or the “Company”) – (TSX: KOR, OTCQX: CORVF) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with BMO Capital Markets, as sole underwriter, under which BMO Capital Markets has agreed to buy on a bought deal basis 10,000,000 common shares of the Company (the “Common Shares”), at a price of C$2.00 per Common Share for gross proceeds to the Company of approximately C$20 million (the “Offering”).

The Company has granted BMO Capital Markets an option, exercisable in whole or in part, at the offering price for a period of 30 days following the closing of the Offering, to purchase up to an additional 15% of the Common Shares sold under the Offering to cover over-allotments, if any, and for market stabilization purposes. The Offering is expected to close on or about October 9, 2019 and is subject to Corvus receiving all necessary regulatory approvals, including the approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering (i) for exploration expenditures at the Company’s North Bullfrog and Mother Lode properties and (ii) for corporate general and administrative expenses, land and permits.
