The costume of the year is Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper in 'A Star Is Born,' and the reenactions are Oscar worthy

Halloween falling on a Wednesday is a huge bummer. When are you supposed to celebrate!? Surely you can’t have a hump day Halloween party!

There is one positive, especially for those who are planning to go out on the actual Day of the Dead or for those celebrating next weekend: There are plenty of Halloween ideas scattered throughout social media to copy.

Those who celebrated on the Saturday night before Halloween wore a plethora of pop culture-inspired costumes, from Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson to Cardi B and Bruno Mars.

But there was one pop culture couple costume that reigned supreme: Ally and Jack, from A Star Is Born, starring Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper.

The costume, which genuinely became the star of Halloween this year, was more than just an outfit. Those who chose to go as the hottest movie couple of the season reenacted the iconic scene from the trailer. You know the scene.

“I just wanted to take another look at ya” and cue that face thing Lady Gaga does.

Uh, Lady Gaga might be getting an Oscar for this role, but can we do a write-in for these Twitter users?!

Even fellow celebrities couldn’t help but wear a costume that was a nod to Lady Gaga’s most exceptional performance.

Actress Nina Dobrev, admittedly, went a different angle with her tribute when she dressed as a baby star with a sign that read “Campaigning for Best Picture.”
