Jason Boberg joined Cotton & Company in March 2013 as a senior auditor and was elected a partner with the firm’s Contracts and Grants & Litigation Services practice in January 2020. He has experience managing and providing litigation support services, financial consulting, and performance audits to federal and state government clients. Mr. Boberg holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from San Diego State University. He is also a member of the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Liz Lang joined Cotton & Company in April 2019 as a director and was elected a partner with the firm’s Assurance Services practice in January 2020. She has more than 12 years of experience conducting financial statement and performance audits at organizations ranging in size and complexity. Ms. Lang earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. She is a member of the Association of Government Accountants (AGA) and serves on the AGA’s Editorial Board for the Journal of Government Financial Management.
Harrison Lee joined Cotton & Company in January 2009 as a staff auditor and was elected a partner with the firm’s Advisory Services practice in January 2020. He has experience managing Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) audits and reviews, financial statement audits, performance audits, and IT consulting engagements for multiple federal clients. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech, and is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Information Systems Manager, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, and Project Management Professional. He is also an active member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association and the International Information System Security Certification Consortium.
