ATLANTA, Jan. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Cousins Properties (CUZ) announced today that it has signed a 294,000 square foot lease renewal and a 24,000 square foot expansion with Bank of America, N.A. at Fifth Third Center, a 698,000 square foot office tower located in the Uptown submarket of Charlotte. This transaction expands Bank of America's lease to 318,000 square feet and extends its maturity from 2022 to 2025.
