COVID-19 Pandemic - The government presents its daily update

QUÉBEC CITY, Oct. 14, 2021 /CNW Telbec/ - The most recent data on the evolution of COVID-19, in the last 24 hours, in Québec show:

  • 644 new cases, bringing the total number of people infected to 417,832;

  • 401,287 people have recovered;

  • 2 new deaths, for a total of 11,431 deaths;

  • 298 hospitalizations, which remains stable compared to the previous day;

  • 76 people in intensive care, for an increase of 1 compared to the previous day;

  • 32,869 samples conducted on October 12.

Vaccination

  • 12,231 doses administered are added, that is 11,774 doses in the last 24 hours and 457 doses before October 13, for a total of 13,055,771 doses administered in Québec. Outside Québec, a total of 203,712 doses were administered, for a cumulative total of 13,259,483 doses received by Quebecers.
