The Lexington, Massachusetts-based company said it had a loss of 18 cents per share.
The drug developer posted revenue of $2.8 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $32.6 million, or 98 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $10.4 million.
In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, the company's shares hit $2.03. A year ago, they were trading at $3.40.
