BRISBANE, Calif. (AP) _ Cutera Inc. (CUTR) on Thursday reported second-quarter net income of $588,000, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Brisbane, California-based company said it had net income of 4 cents. Earnings, adjusted for stock option expense and non-recurring costs, came to 31 cents per share.
The maker of laser skin treatments posted revenue of $47.8 million in the period.
Cutera expects full-year revenue in the range of $165 million to $175 million.
Cutera shares have climbed 48% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $25.11, a fall of 26% in the last 12 months.
