HERZLIYA, Israel (AP) _ Cyren Ltd. (CYRN) on Wednesday reported a loss of $5.6 million in its fourth quarter.
The Herzliya, Israel-based company said it had a loss of 10 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 7 cents per share.
The internet security services provider posted revenue of $9.5 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $19.4 million, or 36 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $35.9 million.
The company's shares closed at $2.60. A year ago, they were trading at $2.08.
