Dad laughed at this teen's makeover of her mom and then the internet had some choice words
A teen’s mother got a millennial makeover by her own daughter. Twitter user Haleigh Evette shared a photo of her mom, Terri, with a makeup look done by the teen herself. However, despite Terri’s bomb highlighter and contoured face, her dad did not approve of Terri’s new look.

Haleigh captioned the tweet, “I did my moms makeup and she felt really pretty, and now she’s crying because my dad laughed at her. rt [Retweet] if you think Terri looks cute.”
The Twitterverse stepped in to celebrate Terri’s fresh new look. The tweet went viral with over 204,000 likes and nearly 117,000 retweets.
Haleigh shared with Yahoo Lifestyle that she never thought her tweet would gather so much attention. “It’s really wild,” she said. “I just expected a couple of my friends to hype my mother up, but then my phone just kept buzzing for two days straight.”
