The PowerShares QQQ (QQQ) sloughed off $203 million on Tuesday, Feb. 14. as the Dow fell 9.62 points, or 0.07 percent, to close at 13,973.39. and U.S.-listed ETFs hit $1.436 trillion in total assets, an all-time record.
