Datapipe Wins 2013 DatacenterDynamics Award for Managed Services
Company Recognized for "Innovation in the Outsourced Environment"

Datapipe took home the award in the "Innovation in the Outsourced Environment" category for the optimization and consolidation of D+M Group's international data centers into a unified, hybrid cloud environment. Other noteworthy winners included Citi, Digital Realty, Facebook, Fidelity, and Microsoft.
Referred to as the "Oscar's of our industry," these awards recognize the very best innovation, leadership and different thinking in the data center industry across the North American region. One of the judges, Dr. Ian Bitterlin, said he felt the standard of entries was higher than any he had seen in his previous six years as a judge for the European Awards program. The expert judging panel, which included some of the most recognized experts in the industry, scored more than 80 entries in a two-part judging process that included presentations from the finalists to determine the winners of each category.
DatacenterDynamics selected Datapipe for the company's ability to help a leading distributor of high-end audio and video components, D+M Group, eliminate redundancy and obtain greater efficiencies by consolidating 15 international data centers into hybrid cloud solutions in Hong Kong, London, and New York Metro areas.
