NEW YORK, July 21, 2022--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Davis+Gilbert has hired Tiffany Pollard as a partner in the firm’s Corporate + Transactions practice. "Tiffany is an excellent M&A lawyer who can help us see some of our biggest deals across the finish line," said Curt Myers, chairman of Davis+Gilbert and co-chair of the firm’s Corporate + Transactions practice group. "Our corporate group continues to be incredibly busy, and we are excited to have someone with Tiffany’s experience join our team who can step in and make an impact right away."

Pollard spent 16 years in the corporate department of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP before joining Paramount. There, she managed a team of lawyers responsible for the execution of public and private acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, equity investments and other strategic transactions, including internal restructurings. After taking a sabbatical during the COVID shutdown period, she wanted to join a firm that would allow her the chance to continue to work on sophisticated deals, but also values work/life balance.

"I have worked on some of the most transformational deals in the media industry in the past few years, and I wanted to be able to still do that in a sustainable way," said Pollard. "Davis+Gilbert has a long history of excellent female lawyers, and the firm has created a culture where you don’t have to sacrifice your personal goals to be successful. I am thrilled to join the firm and this exceptional group of lawyers."

Pollard received her B.A., with honors, from University of California at Berkeley and her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
