MIDLAND, Texas (AP) _ Dawson Geophysical Co. (DWSN) on Thursday reported a loss of $5.7 million in its second quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Midland, Texas-based company said it had a loss of 25 cents.
The provider of onshore seismic data services for the oil and gas industry posted revenue of $36.2 million in the period.
Dawson Geophysical shares have increased 65 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has more than doubled in the last 12 months.
