Delaware HIV Consortium to Honor Morris Nichols Partner

Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell announced that partner Eric Klinger-Wilensky is set to receive a WOW Award at the Delaware HIV Consortium annual gala and auction.

The award honors people who work to better the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS in Delaware. The event, scheduled to be held Friday, raises funds for people in Delaware living with HIV/AIDS.

Klinger-Wilensky is receiving the corporate award after years of being involved with the organization, including serving on its board of trustees and assisting it with legal matters.

At Morris Nichols, Klinger-Wilensky counsels corporations and special committees in matters related to potential transactions, structuring capital investments and corporate governance issues.
