BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (AP) _ Delek US Holdings Inc. (DK) on Monday reported third-quarter net income of $51.3 million.
On a per-share basis, the Brentwood, Tennessee-based company said it had profit of 68 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 78 cents per share.
The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 68 cents per share.
The refinery operator posted revenue of $2.33 billion in the period.
Delek US Holdings shares have risen 25% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $40.67, a rise of roughly 10% in the last 12 months.
