BURLINGTON, Mass. (AP) -- Online retail services company Demandware has purchased Mainstreet Commerce, a provider of cloud-based order management services.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Demandware Inc. said that the deal will allow it to help retailers deliver a "buy anywhere, fulfill anywhere" service to shoppers.
Burlington, Mass.-based Demandware and privately held Mainstreet Commerce share about 20 customers.
Demandware said Thursday that it doesn't expect the transaction to have a material impact on its 2014 financial results.
