BETHESDA, Md. (AP) _ DiamondRock Hospitality Co. (DRH) on Wednesday reported a key measure of profitability in its first quarter. The results beat Wall Street expectations.

DiamondRock Hospitality expects full-year funds from operations in the range of $1 to $1.04 per share.

The company's shares have increased 15% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $10.46, a decline of 9.5% in the last 12 months.
