The Brooklyn, New York-based company said it had net income of 32 cents per share.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $60.1 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $37.7 million.
Dime shares have increased 15 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $19.54, a rise of roughly 3 percent in the last 12 months.
