The Brooklyn, New York-based company said it had net income of 34 cents per share.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $59.9 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $39 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $51.3 million, or $1.38 per share. Revenue was reported as $155.8 million.
Dime shares have risen nearly 10 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $18.61, a decrease of 13 percent in the last 12 months.
