BROOKLYN, N.Y. (AP) _ Dime Community Bancshares Inc. (DCOM) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $15.4 million.
The Brooklyn, New York-based company said it had net income of 41 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, came to 34 cents per share.
The bank holding company posted revenue of $68.3 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $52.4 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $51.9 million, or $1.38 per share. Revenue was reported as $174.2 million.
Dime shares have climbed nearly 4 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $21.70, an increase of slightly more than 5 percent in the last 12 months.
