Disney, AT&T renew accord

The companies renewed a multiyear deal under which AT&T will carry Disney networks' programs. AT&T (NYSE:T)will also introduce new services, including ESPN 3D and Disney Junior. Fin'l terms were undisclosed. It had signed similar deals with Charter Communications (CHTR) and Cablevision Systems (CVC). Disney shares rose 1% to 51.09. AT&T fell 0.8% to 33.76. A day before, Netflix (NFLX) got rights from Time Warner's (TWX) Turner Broadcasting and Warner Bros. for Cartoon Network and Adult Swim shows. Netflix fell 1.7% to 101.69.
