MARIETTA, Pa. (AP) _ Donegal Group Inc. (DGICB) on Monday reported a loss of $790,000 in its second quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Marietta, Pennsylvania-based company said it had a loss of 3 cents. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 2 cents per share.

The insurance company posted revenue of $195.8 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $194.3 million.

Donegal shares have decreased 12 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $13.45, a decrease of nearly 8 percent in the last 12 months.
