MILWAUKEE (AP) _ Douglas Dynamics Inc. (PLOW) on Monday reported third-quarter earnings of $12.4 million.
On a per-share basis, the Milwaukee-based company said it had net income of 53 cents. Earnings, adjusted for stock option expense, were 55 cents per share.
The snowplow maker posted revenue of $141.9 million in the period.
Douglas Dynamics expects full-year earnings in the range of $2 to $2.40 per share, with revenue in the range of $520 million to $560 million.
Douglas Dynamics shares have risen 35% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $48.50, a climb of almost 10% in the last 12 months.
