Names Jayne Hildreth Corporate Controller

DubLi has announced its intention to file its outstanding Fiscal Year 2012 annual report on Form 10-K and subsequent Fiscal Year 2013 periodic reports on Form 10-Q and annual report on Form 10-K as the reports are completed in its ongoing plan to become compliant with SEC filing requirements. The Company is in the process of engaging additional SEC accounting professionals to assist with the preparation and completion of the outstanding annual and periodic reports. Her experience includes restoring companies to current filer status due to restatements and other accounting issues. Before joining DubLi, Ms. Hildreth held various corporate controller, director of financial reporting and accounting positions with a variety of publicly held companies traded on NASDAQ. Ms. Hildreth earned an MS in Accounting from Florida International University and holds a Florida CPA designation.
