Elizabeth Hurley Just Posted A Photo In A Red Bikini—And OMG Abs

Labor Day Weekend may be in the rear view mirror, but that doesn't mean anyone has to pack away the bikinis just yet. Elizabeth Hurley, for one, is not leaving her bikinis behind. In fact, she took at least one with her to England.

Elizabeth shared a new bikini photo to Instagram from across the pond. She captioned her new swimwear-clad snap: "Last of the summer sun #England #herefordshire @elizabethhurleybeach." In the photo, she's wearing a bright red string bikini top with a pair of cut-off denim shorts. Her abs are crazy-toned.

Once again, she's channeling major teenager vibes but Elizabeth is 54 years old. I know—I'm shook too. She's freaking ageless. Elizabeth's abs get more toned with each new bikini pic.

So, how does she do it? For starters, Elizabeth has serious motivation for treating her bod right. The Estée Lauder spokesmodel and Elizabeth Hurley Beach designer previously told Women's Health that her family history makes her especially conscious of her health. In 1992, she lost her grandmother to breast cancer, and soon after she became a global ambassador for Estée Lauder Companies’ Breast Cancer Campaign and continues to work with the group.

Being conscious of her health translates to a reasonable exercise routine and healthy diet. "Making more time for exercise, eating nutritious foods, and taking the time to do relaxing activities," she says. She gets a head-start on hydration by drinking two mugs of warm water first thing each morning.

Elizabeth also spent a few days at the VIVAMAYR health spa in Austria, which teaches clients the importance of slowing down their fast-paced lifestyles. There, she learned to relax, sit still, and enjoy her food. "My digestion has improved since I followed that advice," she says.

Elizabeth isn't sitting still all day long, though. She gets moving and prefers to exercise in the great outdoors. "Fresh air frees you of all tension," she said. Elizabeth's abs may be super tight and toned, but she looks relaxed and age-less.
