Fair warning, this post is dark and full of spoilers, so if you’re not caught up on Season 7 of Game of Thrones, it’s time to make like [redacted] and head for Volantis.

Remember last week, when Jon Snow and Drogon had a moment so moving that we nearly wept with joy? Apparently, we weren’t the only one visibly moved by Jon’s actions, *and* Drogon’s surprising restraint. In new behind-the-scenes commentary for the episode, Emilia Clarke reveals that Daenerys Targaryen was just as impressed as we were.

With so many fans begging for the Mother of Dragons and King in the North to get together, it seems Clarke’s confirming that Dany *is* attracted to Jon and especially likes how he treats her children.

“She sees his interaction with her dragons, and it’s an attractive quality for her,” she said.

Score for (potential) future stepdad Jon Snow!

But just as things were heating up between Jon and Dany, Ser Jorah Mormont, freshly cured of his terminal greyscale, returned to serve his queen, much to Jon’s chagrin. Unfortunately for the King in the North, who has already been accused of having feelings for the queen, Dany welcomes Jorah with open arms, literally.

Fresh off Jon’s tender moment with Drogon, Dany has her own with Jorah.

“It’s one of the most tender moments you’ll see from Daenerys this season,” Clarke said of the reunion. “The thing about Ser Jorah is that he has been the one from the very beginning. I think he has an ability to see right through her.”

As much as we’re rooting for Jon and Dany, seeing Khaleesi reunite with her day one advisor and best friend – sorry, Jon — was such a sweet scene.

While it’s business as usual for Dany having two men low-key fight over her, they both immediately left her side to go on their death mission beyond The Wall. All they need to do is make it back alive, which admittedly, is a very tall order right now.
