NEW YORK, Oct. 1, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (ESRT) has signed a full and a partial floor long-term lease with Diligent Corporation for 44,700 sq. ft. at 111 West 33rd Street.
