Employers Choice and its division, Compliance Training Group, is a nationally-recognized, employment background screening and mandated employee compliance training company. It offers services to help reduce substance abuse, workplace violence, negligent hiring liabilities, sexual harassment and discrimination claims, through the administration of employee training programs as well as employment background checks, physical exams, drug screening and Form I-9 services.

The SBA 8(a) program requires that 23% of all federal contracts be awarded to certified companies. In addition, when bidding against non-8(a) certified businesses, the certified company is allowed a 5% bidding preference. 8(a) certified businesses are also eligible for sole source awards resulting in no competition at all between other non-certified firms.
