Enbridge Income Fund Holdings Inc. Announces Appointment of Perry Schuldhaus as President

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Dec. 20, 2013) - Enbridge Income Fund Holdings Inc. (ENF.TO) (the "Corporation") announced today the appointment of Perry Schuldhaus as the President of the Corporation and the President of Enbridge Management Services Inc., the Administrator of Enbridge Income Fund (the "Fund") effective January 1, 2014.

Mr. Schuldhaus replaces John Whelen, who remains the Senior Vice-President and Controller of Enbridge Inc. ("Enbridge"). Mr. Schuldhaus will dedicate all of his time to the Corporation and the Fund. He has over 30 years of domestic and international experience in the energy industry, including in gas transmission, gas gathering and processing. For a majority of his career, Mr. Schuldhaus has been responsible for the business development and acquisition of energy related infrastructure. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Schuldhaus held the position of Vice-President, Upstream Business Development and Acquisitions within the Liquid Pipelines division of Enbridge. He led teams that negotiated and closed approximately one-third of Enbridge's $29 billion of commercially secured and announced projects currently under construction. Mr. Schuldhaus holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta and has completed the Finance for Senior Executives program at the Harvard Business School.
