Entegris acquires Jetalon Solutions
Entegris expands offerings with Jetalon Solutions acquisition; price not disclosed
BILLERICA, Mass. (AP) -- Entegris Inc., a materials handling and contamination control company, said Wednesday it has acquired privately held Jetalon Solutions Inc. for an undisclosed sum.
Jetalon, based in Pleasant Hill, Calif., is a fluid metrology products maker. Its products are used in a variety of industrial settings, including chemical blending and wafer surface preparation and cleaning. The deal was completed April 1.
Shares of Entegris, which is based in Billerica, Mass., rose 3 percent to $9.75 by late afternoon Wednesday. Its stock is nearing the top end of its 52-week trading range of $7.45 to $10.18.
