Epcot Has A Sparkly Pink Rose Dessert That's So Pretty It'll Ruin All Other Flowers For You Forever

From Delish

When you think of Epcot and festivals, your brain goes right to Food & Wine, yes? That's great! Food & Wine is great. You know what's also great? The relatively new, objectively beautiful Festival of the Arts, a shorter-lived event going on now through February 24. The festival is, in fact, extremely artistic, and every bite of food to come out of it is art in some way, shape, or edible form.

Take, for instance, the rosewater panna cotta from The Masterpiece Kitchen station. It's a lightly rose-scented cream with raspberry gel enveloped by a pretty, pretty pink white chocolate shell. It comes plated with pistachio crumbles and a glittery raspberry sauce that you'll want to scoop up with each bite. Without sounding dramatic, it looks very pretty...AND IT TASTES EVEN PRETTIER.

Really, though, each station available throughout the festival offers colorful and otherworldly treats. My second-favorite was the Lemon-Blood Orange Tart from Decadent Delights. From the looks of it, you'd think you were getting into a simple citrus tart. After one bite, though, you realize the only simplicity is in the lemon curd. The thing is p-a-c-k-e-d with a sour orange sauce and you get hits of cassis with every bite of the meringues (yes, plural meringues—there are two).

Anyway. It's all very pretty. Find all of it now all over Epcot through February 24.
