CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - November 27, 2015) - Groupon Chairman and Co-founder Eric Lefkofsky has returned to his position of Managing Partner at Lightbank, a Chicago-based venture capital firm that he launched in 2010 with Lightbank Managing Partner and Co-founder Brad Keywell. While serving as Groupon's CEO in 2014 and 2015, Lefkofsky held the title of Special Advisor to Lightbank.

Chicago-based Lightbank specializes in making venture capital investments in disruptive technology-based companies. Its portfolio includes more than 50 companies, including predictive analytics platform Uptake; used car industry data and technology company DRIVIN; freelancer marketplace Fiverr; and mobile healthcare management platform Zest Health.
