ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) _ Evolving Systems Inc. (EVOL) on Monday reported a second-quarter loss of $7 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the Englewood, Colorado-based company said it had a loss of 57 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to less than 1 cent on a per-share basis.
The provider of software services to the wireless, wire-line and cable markets posted revenue of $6.3 million in the period.
In the final minutes of trading on Monday, the company's shares hit 73 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $2.40.
