NEW YORK (AP) _ Exantas Capital Corp. (XAN) on Tuesday reported third-quarter earnings of $8.6 million.
On a per-share basis, the New York-based company said it had net income of 19 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 24 cents per share.
The commercial real estate investment trust posted revenue of $14.5 million in the period.
Exantas Capital shares have risen 21 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has risen nearly 10 percent in the last 12 months.
