On a per-share basis, the Austin, Texas-based company said it had a loss of 1 cent. Earnings, adjusted for restructuring costs and stock option expense, were less than 1 cent on a per-share basis.
The software-defined storage company posted revenue of $4.1 million in the period.
In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, the company's shares hit 8 cents. A year ago, they were trading at 31 cents.
