The 'Fan' Who Trespassed Kylie Jenner's Property Gets Sentenced to One Year in Jail

A 'superfan', or can you say an obsessed fan of Kylie Jenner, was sentenced to one year in L.A County jail for trespassing on the reality TV stars' private property, Hidden Hills. The super obsessive 'fan', Brendon Sevilla Martinez drove to Jenner's property, walked right up to her door and knocked, demanding that he see the makeup mogul and reality TV star. Security was called right away and escorted him off the property, where he was then arrested. Luckily, Jenner and baby Stormi) were not home at the time.

As we all know, Jenner didn't take lightly to the 'fan' trespassing on her property. The youngest sibling from the KarJenner clan has a baby daughter, after all, and can't take any chances of putting her or her daughter's life in danger. So, Jenner did what any normal person in a situation like this would do. She filed a restraining order right away against Martinez as soon as he trespassed on her property on October 29.

Martinez pled no contest to one misdemeanor count of trespassing on private property while driving as well as one felony count of bringing contraband into the jail with him. He had a glass pipe on him when he was arrested. He will serve up to one year in L.A County jail.

He was also ordered to serve three years of probation and to stay at least 100 yards away from the star's property. The police are also trying to get an extension on the restraining order against him. There will be a hearing held later in the month to get the extension.

This isn't the only time Kylie Jenner has had problems like this. According to TMZ, just three years ago in June 2016, Jenner reported someone trying to get onto her property to the police. During this incident, the man told guards he was there for a meeting with Jenner. Once he was turned away, he got into his vehicle and tried to ram the gate of her property open and then sped away.

The same man returned two weeks later and tried to ram the gate open again to get to Jenner. Police were able to track him down this time and he was charged with two counts of misdemeanor vandalism. The man was sentenced to ten days in the county jail.

What is even scarier about this whole situation is that the first man who was stalking Jenner and trespassing on her property, Marvin Magallanes ended up confessing to the stabbing death of a homeless man. According to ABC 7 News, he may also be linked to an unsolved murder.

It must be very stressful having to deal with this so often. It is a good thing Kylie Jenner has a good head on her shoulders and knows to get a restraining order in order to keep her and her daughter safe.
