Kylie Jenner's first #ad since welcoming daughter Stormi in February is an Instagram post pushing waist trainers that promise a "snap back" post-baby body, and it understandably hasn't gone down well with fans.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has already made tracks to reclaim her title as the Unofficial Queen of Instagram™ with an impromptu hot tub bikini shoot, but it's her latest sponsored post that's got people talking.

And while experts have already disclaimed whether waist trainers actually work, Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans have also taken to Twitter to call Kylie out for the sponsored post.

"Kylie’s back at it selling waist trainers, this time with a fun pregnancy spin! the devil works hard but Kris Jenner, my friend," one person wrote.

Speaking about waist trainers and whether they actually do what they say on the tin, Mary Jane Minkin, M.D., clinical professor of ob-gyn at Yale School of Medicine, told Women's Health:

"Medically, it doesn't make sense that cinching your waist tightly will make it permanently smaller. Once you take the garment off, your body will return to its usual shape. It's also uncomfortable, restricts your movements, and if you wear it really tight, it can even make it difficult to breathe and theoretically could cause rib damage."

It's kind of common sense though, isn't it? The best, most effective and proven way to get a flatter stomach is to eat healthier and exercise more. It's a simple equation.
