NORTHLAKE, Texas (AP) _ Farmer Brothers Co. (FARM) on Tuesday reported a loss of $51.7 million in its fiscal third quarter.
The Northlake, Texas-based company said it had a loss of $3.05 per share. Losses, adjusted for pretax expenses and costs related to mergers and acquisitions, were 27 cents per share.
The coffee and tea company posted revenue of $146.7 million in the period.
Farmer Brothers shares have decreased 15% since the beginning of the year. The stock has declined 29% in the last 12 months.
